Save Your Fingers With Address Stamps

    September 3rd, 2009

Are address stamps a good idea for people who need to mail a large quantity of letters?

Rubber StampsYou only need to put your return address on 500 invitations to a big wedding bash. No problem. You may never be able to uncurl your fingers to let go of the pen when you are done, but youll get the job done. Hmm. Didnt you see an option for making address stamps when you were browsing through VistaPrints invitation designs?

With the future of your fingers at stake, you check out the options. As someone who is going to be sending a large quantity of letters, invitations, or announcements over the next few years, you are definitely interested in investing in address stamps. The only reason youre hesitating is that youre wondering if your rubber stamp will hold up under the workout you plan to give it.

Actually, an address stamp is able to make hundreds of clear, crisp address images with no sign of wear. In fact, these stamps hold up so well under heavy use that most people will only have to replace their stamps if they move to a new address! If the image does stop being extremely sharp, simply check to see if the stamp needs to be cleaned. If so, gently wipe off any fuzz. If not, you may need to re-ink the stamp pad.

    Business Rubber Stamps

    Business Rubber Stamps

Can rubber stamps help keep paperwork organized?

You’re working almost constantly as you try to get all the time consuming tasks that come with running a small business done. However, even with all the hours you are putting in, your desk has been devoured by rogue paperwork, your guest chair has turned into the incoming mail file and your office could double as one of the toughest obstacle courses around. You need some help to get things under control. You’re hiring an organization consultant to whip things into shape. One of the suggestions the consultant makes is to use rubber stamps as part of your new sorting and filing routine.

You check out VistaPrint and find quite a few great premade design options for rubber stamps that will help tame your clutter.

    • 1. A “paid” stamp can save you time and aggravation. If you stamp invoices as paid as soon as you write out the checks or post a payment online, you won’t need to spend valuable time searching through your records to make sure they are paid if a question about payment arises.
    • 2. “Received” stamps are great for a business with employees. Having all shipping statements stamped and initialed by staff members means you can track down the person who received the shipment in seconds if you have a question.

Add Interest to Rubber Stamps With Images

    April 2nd, 2009

Can address rubber stamps have images on them?

When you think of address stamps, you may be thinking that you’ll have to order rubber stamps that are a bit plain, since they are designed to stamp only a name and address in black ink. You’re feeling a bit let down, because even though having the stamp is a great option for people who send a lot of mail, a plain stamped address isn’t as exciting as an address label that comes with an attractive image beside the address.

Actually, while you can order plain stamps, you can also have self inking stamps with an image on it. You can either upload your own image from your computer files or you can select the option to add a monogram letter to the stamp.

When choosing an image to add to the design for your stamp, you should:

    • 1.  Make sure that the image looks good when it is in black and white. A beautiful, colourful picture sometimes just doesn’t have enough definition and interest when it is converted to black and white.
    • 2.  Look for an image that doesn’t have a lot of intricate detail. Complicated images won’t look as good when they are small enough to fit on an address stamp.
